Chatham Hills is a private club in a residential development, not a public facility with a large permanent parking footprint, so follow the event’s designated parking and shuttle instructions rather than improvising — this is not a venue where turning up and finding a space nearby is realistic.
On accommodation, you have a genuine choice. Staying in Carmel, Westfield or Noblesville puts you close to the course, and Carmel in particular has a substantial dining scene around the Arts & Design District. Staying in downtown Indianapolis puts you 30 to 45 minutes away depending on traffic but gives you a real city in the evenings — Mass Ave, Fountain Square, and the restaurants that make the trip worthwhile beyond the golf.
